It is with deep sadness that we share the news that our colleague and friend, Steve Penfold, Senior Associate at Tapestry, passed away on Monday 25^th August 2025.

Steve had been a part of the Tapestry team since 2018 and was an integral part of our firm - not just through the work he did, but through the kind of person he was.

Steve was deeply respected for his expertise, professionalism, and commitment to supporting our clients.  He brought energy, humour, and a steady presence that made a lasting impact on everyone around him.

Steve was known for being kind, thoughtful, and always supportive - to clients, colleagues, and friends. He will be deeply missed by all of us at Tapestry.

We are incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work alongside Steve, and we are holding his family and loved ones in our thoughts.

To honour Steve’s life, our offices will be closed on Monday 29^th September to allow the team to attend his funeral and take the time they need. We also appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
