Working Life

• Sarah joined Tapestry in May 2025 and is based in our Leeds office.
• Sarah supports on global compliance for executive and employee share plans, including the provision of advice on global due diligence and securities filings, share plan design and drafting plan documents.
• Before joining Tapestry, Sarah spent 3 years working for a global big four firm in the company secretarial team where she dealt with legal and statutory compliance for local and international clients. She also has experience working as a corporate paralegal for a UK listed law firm where she supported lawyers on corporate M&A transactions. 

Education

• Sarah studied LLB Law (Hons) at the University of Sheffield.
• Sarah completed LLM Bar Practice Course (Hons) at the University of Law, Leeds.

Sarah is Malaysian/Bruneian and is fluent in Malay. She was raised in the small country of Brunei in Southeast Asia. She has lived in 4 different countries and loves to travel the world.
