- Margaret works with UK and global incentive plans and specialises in UK tax-advantaged share plans, being qualified in both Scots and English law.
- She can provide tax advice across both employment and corporate transactions and is particularly experienced in working with management teams.
- Margaret, who was previously a corporate tax lawyer at Pinsent Masons and a share plans specialist at EY, has also worked closely with our network of overseas lawyers, providing due diligence and implementation support for clients on global incentive plans.
