Working Life
- Lewis advises on all aspects of global incentive plans, including the design, implementation and operation of executive and employee incentive plans. Lewis advises a number of FTSE 100, multinational listed companies and large private companies on their legal, tax and governance requirements in respect of their incentive plans. Lewis also has experience advising on tax qualified and non-tax qualified incentive plans, corporate transactions and reporting obligations.
- Lewis has been recognised as a “Future Leader” of the incentives industry by the Global Equity Organisation.
