• Legal and tax compliance and documentation for international executive and all-employee equity plans.

Working Life

• Jess has worked in global employee equity since 2005, first for Linklaters and then for Tapestry since its founding in 2011. She has primarily specialised in helping clients achieve sustainable legal and tax compliance for their employee equity programs around the world. 
• Throughout her career, Jess has lived and worked in the UK, the USA and several cities in her native Australia. Her current role is focussed on Tapestry’s clients which are headquartered across Australia and New Zealand. 
• Jess is a longstanding member of the Global Equity Organization (GEO), and since 2022, a board director for Employee Ownership Australia (EOA). She is a regular contributor to industry events, webinars and publications in Australia.
• Jess is now based back in her hometown of Brisbane and still enjoys spending time in other Australasian cities to see clients, attend industry events and work with EOA on the promotion of employee ownership generally.

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) majoring in French and Spanish, The University of Queensland
• Certificate in Employee Share Plans (Distinction), The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (now The Chartered Governance Institute)
